Alime Karimova is the founder of Tash Studio, an interior design practice working across private residences, startup offices, and hospitality spaces in Silicon Valley and New York City. In parallel, she curates and produces events for the tech industry's most influential circles, bringing the same spatial intelligence she applies to a room to every gathering she designs.

Her background is rare: she studied both architecture and psychotherapy, giving her an understanding not just of how a space looks, but how it makes people feel and behave. That intersection of design and human psychology is what turns her events into environments people don't just attend, but return to.
